This weekend we went camping near the Niobrara river. I was excited because I was told we could see elk and bison, but I'm generally not the camping type. We got totally eaten by mosquitos no matter how much bug spray we put on. I wish I had awesome pictures of us tubing or standing in front of something pretty, but we didn't take any. I was too cranky lol. On day two we went tubing for about 5 hours. I had fun for awhile but once I started feeling my sunburn I was just done. I dreaded sleeping in the tent one more night. I convinced everyone to go into town and get food in civilization so we could enjoy the air conditioning. I was revitalized at least. The next day we drove through the nature preserve, and we saw a couple bison but no elk :( Matt got burned pretty bad as well. Lets just say the next time we go on a vacation it will involve a hotel.
I did have fun on the drive, I rode with Allie and her friend Becca and had some good girl-talk. We decided we are going to buddy up for Scott's wedding since our men are groomsmen and will be taken away from us for the good part of the day. Matt's going to be a pretty sweet groomsman.
Harry Potter this week!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe its almost over. I remember when we went to see the first movie I was a high school freshmen and had just picked up my cheerleading uniform. Those were fun times :)
